With Valentine's Day just around the corner now is the perfect time to order your supplies for these projects. Today I am going to showcase some samples using the I {heart} Hearts set. What a great set that has so many uses! Here are some great samples made by my fellow demonstrators and stamping friends.
The first sample today is this beautiful waterfall card. I love the reds and browns together and the use of both stamps and punches on the steps of this card. This is one of my favorite styles of cards to make!
This card uses so many great products including the new Perfect Polka Dots Embossing Folder. I love the mute texture of the background that the embossing folders give and how easy they are to use. A very simple yet wonderful sample.
I love how this card showcases how you can create a two-step stamp with any regular set. The Scallop Border punch is used to create the wonderful design on the bottom of the card. Another very simple card that anyone is sure to be thrilled to receive.
Here is one with a little more detail that is just beautiful. I love how the stamp set was used to ghost the background paper. I also love the use of the Beautiful Wings Embosslit Die!
Here are two very very simple card that are still just as beautiful as the more detailed cards...sometimes more is less and this would be one of the cases. These are made with the Hugs Love Notes which are pre-scallop cards. I love the no traditional yellow hearts. Both of these cards would work great with all of Stampin' Up! great colors.
Although this set screams Valentine's Day there are so many other uses for these hearts. Here is a great birthday card for that special friend in your life.
The last sample for today is a cute little jar full of Valentine candy. A very simple project that your kids would love to receive! I can also see this jar using the friend stamp when you need a little gift for that special friend for a birthday or a thank you gift.
Thanks for looking! Tomorrow I will be featuring projects using the new Sweet Pea Stitched Felt so be sure to check back:-)
